Mary Ceccanese is the owner and principal consultant of Dynamic Connections LLC. She is also part of the Executive Education team and the Coordinator for the Office of Tax Policy Research both at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She has a BA in Human Resource Administration and has worked at the University of Michigan for more than thirty years. In 2010 she received the U of M’s Candace J. Johnson Award for Excellence and in 2019 was presented with a Staff Impact Award. In addition, she was one of the 2019 “Top Ten Business Women” in the country of the American Business Women’s Association. Mary is currently collaborating on two books and just released her first product: High-Quality Connection Cards used by individuals and groups to create an engaged and energized workforce.
