FEATURED ZOOM SPEAKER: Heather Lytle, CEO/Founder, Lytle Communications

While no organization wants team members to leave, but the reality is that eventually team members are going to change roles or leave the company all together. Learn how to work to create a knowledge bank to protect against devastating knowledge loss.

With a passion for the written word, Heather founded Lytle Communications to provide individualized policy and process services to small businesses. When she’s not writing or correcting the grammar on graffiti, Heather resides in Fort Wayne, IN with her husband and two cats.

Heather is a member of ABWA and shares her insights and tactical ideas with a variety of business and professional audiences. Heather also hosts a weekly video series on her social media platforms covering common questions or concerns related to policies and processes for small businesses.
