FEATURED ZOOM SPEAKER: Regina C Hall, MA LPC, founder of Enlighten Heart Services

Regina C. Hall is a native of Detroit, Michigan. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, ordained Minister and Author. Regina is the founder of Enlighten Heart Services. The primary function of the program is to encourage others, particularly women and young ladies to connect to their authentic selves. The program consists of speaking engagements, preaching, teaching the word of God, and facilitating workshops in personal growth, and leadership.

Regina will be speaking on self-care: thoughts matter. Become more aware of how our thoughts impact our personal and professional relationships. We will explore and examine the validity of our thoughts.
